Contract Recruiters:

Stillwater provides our clients with the industry’s best contract recruiters on time and materials (T&M) contracts. Our employees align themselves within your organizations Human Resources department, using your recruiting tools and equipment, recruiting alongside your existing staff members.

Military Veterans: These fully trained recruiters who have honorably served our country support your team delivering immediate results. Typically our clients increase candidate volume by using our veterans in a “sourcing” capacity, identifying and qualifying candidates and passing them on to more senior recruiters on your team. This is a very cost effective way to augment your current team, increase candidate volume / hires and develop your next generation of recruiters.

Mid-to-Senior Contract Recruiters: Stillwater has exceptional credibility in the industry and it’s because of our reputation and high standards we attract the industries best recruiters. We provide our clients with proven and experienced contract recruiters who have been trained to differentiate themselves. These are full-lifecycle recruiters who interact directly with our client’s program management teams and deliver exceptional customer service and results. Our Senior Recruiters take a “roll up the sleeves” approach to identifying qualified candidates while using our client’s tools, equipment, processes and facilities.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO):

Stillwater’s RPO solution is designed for clients who need a long term (12+ months) recruiting solution that is not co-located within their facility. Stillwater's RPO Delivery Team partners with our clients management team and stakeholder community to develop a fully customized talent acquisition suite encompassing; employment brand messaging, sourcing tools, social media strategies, technologies (ATS), workflow processes enhancement compliance guidelines and increased talent delivery (recruiting). Once our clients strategy is defined and implemented, a team of dedicated Stillwater employees will support our client’s recruiting initiatives virtually from our facilities. Our recruiters utilize Stillwater's Talent Forward methodology to ensure clients receive qualified candidates, in volume and on a consistent basis. Often, we work with our clients to develop "alternate work schedules" for the Stillwater team to ensure candidates are being contacted in the evenings and weekends. In addition to receiving fully vetted candidates that meet the requirements our client’s also receive weekly status reports detailing the progress the team has made on all requirements. Stillwater takes the recruiting burden off your plate so you can focus on other critical lines of business.

Surge Recruitment Outsourcing (SRO):

Stillwater’s SRO solution is very similar to our RPO solution however it is designed for shorter recruiting cycles (3-6 months) and is more tactically driven to drive near term recruiting results. Stillwater's SRO model aligns our team of experienced recruiters and sourcing teams (Veterans) with our clients team from our facilities with our equipment but integrated into your existing recruitment process. SRO is a cost effective way to support a sudden demand for additional headcount which can be driven by organic growth, proposal prep/award, increased funding or strategic hiring. Stillwater consultants conduct an initial assessment of your requisition’s vitality and determines the “probability of hire” utilizing a proprietary scorecard. We also evaluate your surge hiring process before the engagement begins to ensure expectations can be met. SRO projects are typically 6 month engagements with a rapid implementation.

Resume Generation:

Stillwater has made significant investments in today's industry leading candidate databases and sometimes our clients only need the resumes from expensive candidate databases their budget did not allow for. Our solution is simple. We dedicate a Stillwater recruiter to sourcing our internal Stillwater database and job board tools based on your company’s requisitions and we simply route our clients the resumes in a OFCCP compliant process. This is a great way for our clients to ensure they are leaving no stone unturned in their search for talent.
